  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup herbed stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 ounce sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage

Roll up jelly roll style, starting with short side, peeling away foil while rolling. Seal seam and ends. Place seam side down in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 65 to 75 minutes until meat is no longer pink or meat thermometer reaches 160°. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
