Crock Pot Chili And Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (can add more-I use 1 T.)
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
Mix first ten ingredients together. Form into balls. Brown on all sides in 2 tablespoons oil. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, beans and sauce. Once heated through, put in crock pot for 2 hours on simmer.
