Asparagus Wrap Recipe

  • 1 package filo dough
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • Asparagus
  • Parmesan cheese
Take 2 to 3 sheets of filo dough and cut in half. Dot each half gently with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Take 3 asparagus and lay on corner of dough and carefully start to roll it. As you roll it, add more (dots) of melted butter (to moisten it). After it is all rolled, place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
