Chicken Legs on the Grill Recipe

Chicken legs are always the piece of the bird that there is never enough of. This recipe cures that problem by using only the chicken legs and getting a whole bunch of them. The chicken is moist and juicy and full of flavor. Kids and adults will both love them. Who knows, maybe they still will fight over the last one!

  • 12 chicken legs, skins removed
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

35 mins
Add all ingredients to gallon zipper bag and shake. Marinate for 8 hours.

Grill over medium heat, turning every 5 minutes, until chicken is completely cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
