Pasta with Chicken and Spinach Recipe

  • 8 ounces skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ounces linguine noodles
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves,
  • 2 cups plain cut spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
Cook pasta until tender, about 8 minutes. Clean and trip chicken of visible fat. Slice into thin strips. Chop garlic. Microwave spinach for 4 minutes and drain off liquid. In a non-stick skillet, add oil and garlic. Sauté until garlic is soft. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Serve hot.
