Chicken & Rice Casserole 10 Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can mushroom pieces (optional) (small can)
Preheat oven to 375. Combine soup and water and mix well. Add rice & mushrooms (optional). Pour mixture into large casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on top. Bake one hour covered.
