Chicken Francese 2 Recipe

  • 8 Chicken Cutlets
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flour and egg cutlets. Fry until golden brown. Arrange fried chicken in a baking dish. Combine butter, wine, lemon and parsley. Pour over chicken. Place in oven for 25 minutes.
