Pork Chops with Mushrooms Recipe

  • 5 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
In a large skillet, heat 1 spoonful of vegetable oil. Brown chops 3 minutes on each side. Remove. Pour off fat. In same skillet, cook onion, mushrooms and garlic 2 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 20-25 minutes or until tender, turning chops halfway through cooking. Makes 5 servings.
