Baked Chicken Legs Recipe

Always a kid's favorite, these chicken legs are super easy to make. Your will find yourself making these often for a quick and easy supper for those busy weeknights.

  • 1 package chicken legs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • Salt
Container:9 x 13 baking dish

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Put butter into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and put in the oven to melt.
  • Take pan out of the oven when butter is melted.
  • Roll chicken legs in flour and place in the buttered pan. Salt to taste.
  • Bake for one hour.

"If you hate frying chicken, this is the recipe for you. It is so easy to prepare and has just good old chicken flavor that you can't beat. Next time I will try this recipe with other chicken pieces also, although we do love chicken legs."
