Today I am going to demonstrate how to grill fresh zucchini. For more information on zucchini and other summer squash, visit RecipeTips.com. I have selected zucchini that are anywhere from 7 to 8 inches long. These are going to be your most flavorful zucchini. Then all we did was wash them up, slice both ends off of them, and cut them into no thicker than 1/4 inch strips. The next step is to go ahead and baste both sides of your zucchini with olive oil. Then select your favorite brand of steak seasoning and give them a good sprinkle and they are ready for the grill. Begin by preheating your grill to a medium-high setting. Lay your zucchini out on the grill and let them grill for approximately two minutes per side or until they are soft. Once you have all of the zucchini on the grill, go ahead and close the lid. After two minutes go ahead and flip your zucchini over and then cook them on the other side for another two minutes or until they are soft. After two minutes check them to make sure they are done the way you like them. Remove them from the grill and they are ready to serve. For more great grilling recipes visit RecipeTips.com.
