Chicken Spinach Ring Recipe

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 3 split chicken breast
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Boil chicken and shred. Then cook and drain spinach.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • On a baking sheet, roll each crescent out flat and overlap them on the wider end (should make a sun shape).
  • Put spoonfuls of mixture onto sun shaped crescents.
  • Fold smaller ends over mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until brown.
