Night Before Chicken Casserole Recipe

  • 1 package macaroni, uncooked (7 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
  • 1 can drained mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced (small)
  • 4 boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 jar peanuts (small jar)
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • buttered bread crumbs
  • paprika
In a 9 X 13 greased pan combine all ingredients except buttered bread crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle on buttered bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
