Tortellini Carbonara Recipe

  • 1 package refrigerated cheese tortellini (9 ounce pkg)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine the bacon, cream, parsley and Parmesan cheese in another saucepan; cook over medium heat until heated through. Drain the tortellini; toss with the cream sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
