Amish Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup sautéd onions
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except soup. Place in loaf pan lined with wax paper. Chill for 8 hours. Slice meat and fry brown on both sides. Put in 13x9 pan, cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
