Vitamin C Blast Smoothie Recipe

  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 8 ounces water
  • 1/4 cup orange sherbet
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 banana (medium)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
Place fruit, water, protein powder, flax seed oil and sherbet in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
