Strawberry Layered Dessert Recipe
The different layers of this dessert all add to its delicious flavor. A yummy crust, a layer of pudding and two layers of strawberries . . . what more could you ask for?

70 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
2 packages instant vanilla pudding (3 oz. pkgs.)
1 1/2 cups milk
1 package Cool Whip (12 oz.)
1 box frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons cornstarch
:9 x 13 glass baking dish
Melt margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Reserve 1/4 C. crumbs for the top. Press crumbs into 9x13 pan.
Mix ice cream, pudding mix and milk. Beat 3 minutes until smooth. Pour over crust; chill.
Mix glaze ingredients and cook until thickened; cool.
Spread cooled glaze over chilled pudding layer; chill.
Spread with Cool Whip. Top with whole or sliced fresh strawberries. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over the top.
Chill well before serving. Enjoy!
