Garden Vegetable Bake Recipe

  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables cooked and drained (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Minced Onion
  • 2 teaspoons real lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram leaves
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients, mix well. Turn into well greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake 25 minutes. Refrigerate left overs. Serves 4 to 6. Vegetables Oh My!
