Oven Roasted Vegetables Recipe

Season vegetables with McCormick® Vegetable Dip Seasoning Mix before roasting for an easy side dish.

Ingredients
  • 6 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as bell peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, onions, potatoes, carrots or red onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 package McCormick® Vegetable Dip Mix

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss vegetables with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix; toss again to coat well.

2. Spread vegetables in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

3. Roast 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
