OLD BAY Classic Salmon Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can (14 3/4 ounces) salmon OR 1 pound salmon fillets, cooked
  • 1 package OLD BAY® Salmon Classic® Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • McCormick® Original Tartar Sauce for Seafood

1. Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.

2. Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; toss gently until well mixed. Shape into 5 patties.

3. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.

Flavorful Tip: Stir 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped, or 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion into salmon mixture.
