Frosting 4 Recipe

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkg)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound Confectioners Sugar
  • Coconut (optional)
In a medium bowl with electric mixer on medium, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. With speed on low, add confectioners sugar until thick. Place one layer of cake onto a cake plate. Cover with frosting. Continue with next two layers. Top with coconut if desired. Enjoy!
