With the weather turning warming, try cooling off with these homemade popsicles. These aren't so full of sugar like the store-bought kind. Add chocolate chips for a little texture.

Ingredients
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pinch salt
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 bananas , diced

In a large saucepan, add sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk; whisk until combined. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Put about half the pudding in a food processor or blender and add bananas.
Process until smooth. Stir the mixture back into the remaining pudding.
Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds.
Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, approximately 6 hours.
