1 can (12 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick (3-1/2 inches), broken in half
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup oil
2 Cook'sÂ® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)
Mix juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over ham steaks in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over to evenly coat ham. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Prepare grill for medium heat.
Remove ham steaks from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Grill ham steaks 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer registers 160Â°F when inserted in centers of steaks. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
