4 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steak (about 1 pound each)
6 fresh peaches, pealed, chopped (about 4 cups)
dash of ground black pepper
dash of salt
1/8 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 serrano chile, finely chopped (about 1-1/4 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons peach-flavored liqueur (about 1 ounce)
Juice from 1 medium lime (about 3 tablespoons)
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
Combine peaches, onions, lime juice, liqueur, cilantro, chiles, five-spice powder, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Cook ham according to package directions. Serve with the picante sauce.
