Mother's Dessert Recipe

  • 2 packages graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter/margarine
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1/2 gallon Butter Pecan ice cream
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (large box)
  • 6 Heath bars
Mix crushed graham crackers and margarine together. Mold into bottom of a large 2 quart rectangular dish. Mix softened ice cream and vanilla pudding. Pour into dish and top with Cool Whip. Cut Heath bars into fine chunks and sprinkle over dessert. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.
