Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce Recipe
Roasted asparagus is had to beat but the sauce really adds a nice flavor. The browned butter gives the sauce a slightly nutty flavor.

1 bunch asparagus , trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake asparagus until tender, approximately 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until lightly brown in color. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Pour sauce over the baked asparagus to serve.
