BISHOP ASBURY POUND CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 sticks butter room temp
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 10 eggs room temp
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 cups cake flour
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time with mixer running medium speed. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour a lite at a time.

Grease and flour pan, pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
