Land and Sea Barbecue Recipe

  • 1 package Premio Hot Italian Sausage
  • 5 potatoes - large in size and cut into chunks
  • 1 green pepper - sliced thick
  • 1 red sweet pepper - sliced thick
  • 1 onion - medium sized and sliced thick
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1 dozen clams - clean shells
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound crab legs - already steamed
  • Add oil to bottom of large foil pan enough to just cover the bottom.
  • Ad the sausage with the potatoes peppers and onions, cover with foil.
  • Place on hot grill at a medium heat for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and uncover.
  • Add the clams, shrimp and crab leags and recover with foil.
  • Continue cooking on grill for 1/2 hour to 45 min.
  • This is done when clams open and shrimp is pinked.
