Taco Tot Casserole Recipe
A new twist on tator tot hotdish that'll have your mouth watering. This is a great weeknight meal that everyone will love.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can corn with peppers, drained (11 oz can)
1 can nacho cheese soup, undiluted (11 oz can)
4 cups tater tots
1/2 cup salsa (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
:2 quart casserole
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning mix according to package directions.
Spoon meat mixture into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
Spoon corn over meat mixture, spread soup over corn.
Arrange tater tots in single layer over soup.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned and mixture is bubbly.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.

(10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
(11 oz.) corn
(28 oz.) frozen tator tots
lean ground beef
(10 oz.) can of tomatoes with green chiles
(10 oz.) frozen corn kernels
(15 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

"I think it would have been better as the recipe was stated, but I thought I would add a can of Ro-tel to the meat for a little spice...it was TOO spicy then. Oops. We did finish it off though."
