Sprinkle chocolate chips over, let them melt and then spread over cookie.
Refrigerate until cooled and chocolate is set.
While cooling, mix cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Spread this over the top of the cooled chocolate.
Chop up the peanut butter cups and add that to the top of the cream cheese mixture. Finally, drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup over the top. Refrigerate again.
Cut into wedges or smaller square-like pieces and enjoy!
