Ingredients
2 packages yeast
2 1/4 cups water - warm
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter - melted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
8 cups flour
FILLING:
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt and flour.
Knead for 5 minutes.
Let rise in covered bowl until double - approx. 90 minutes.
While dough is rising, cut 2 tablespoons of butter into 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Roll out dough into 12 x 24 rectangle.
Sprinkle with filling mixture, roll up and cut into 24 even pieces.
Place in two 9 x 13 pans and let rise again - appox. 90 minutesli>
Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes.
Frost with a powdered sugar frosting while still warm.
