Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 18 marshmallows (Regular)
  • 1 jar peanut butter (12 ounce Jar)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Mix together sugar, margarine and milk. Cook until soft ball stage approximately 15 minutes after coming to a boil; Remove from heat.

Quickly add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Use mixer and beat only until mixed well.

Pour into buttered pan. Let cool and cut into squares.

VARIATION: For Chocolate Fudge use, 12 oz chocolate chips instead of the peanut butter.
