Sweet and Spicy Marinated Turkey Recipe

Ingredients
3 pounds turkey breast
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup malt vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 dashes Tobasco sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup olive oil

Cut turkey breast into 1 inch cubes. Place in resealable plastic bag.
Place remaining ingredients except the oil in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Slowly add the oil to the food processor to form an emulsion.
Pour half of the marinade over turkey in resealable bag. Reserve remaining marinade for basting later during grilling. Marinate the meat for one to 2 days in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place meat on skewers. Grill until no longer pink in the middle, basting with leftover marinade.
