5 tablespoons brown mustard - grainy
1 tablespoon shallot - minced
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tobasco sauce or hot sauce
:1 small mixing bowl
Mix all ingredients together.
It will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
