Blueberry Muffins 50 Recipe

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
Roll blueberries in a small amount of flour. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl combine wet ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients into it. Mix together just until moist. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into 24 greased or lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
