Whole Wheat Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or sprouted wheat
Directions
Combine flours, salt, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine milk, eggs and cooking oil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix gently. Fold in nuts. (These are not very good without the nuts.) Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 min at 350°. Check for doneness.
