Turkey Cranberry Wrap Recipe

  • 12 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 12 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 6 flour tortillas 10 inch size)
  • 8 ounces honey roasted turkey breast, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons pecans or walnuts, chopped
Combine cream cheese and cranberry sauce. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture divided equally on tortillas. Layer turkey breast over cream cheese. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over turkey. Sprinkle with nuts. Fold in the sides and then roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. You can leave these in the refrigerator up to 24 hours so they can be made up ahead of time. These are great for luncheons. Cut in half on an angle and you have 12 wraps. Serve with a fruit salad.
