Cold Vegetable Pizza Recipe

  • 1/2 cup chopped raw broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped raw cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix
Unroll crescent rolls and form a large square pizza crust on cookie sheet. Bake as directed until lightly brown. Set crust aside to cool. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and dry mix until creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled crust to the edges. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into 2 x 2 squares and serve.
