Black Bean and Mango Salsa Recipe

  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 can black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 each chopped cilantro and chopped red onion (1/3 cup each)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate. Serve with pita bread wedges, tortilla chips or grilled chicken. Serve in pepper halves if desired.
