Crabby Patty Ball Recipe

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package Mexican cheese (24 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can crab meat - drained (6 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed
  • 1 cup pecans. chopped
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Mexican cheese, crab meat, chives, and garlic. Blend well. Chill overnight. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
