Tulsa Corn Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Mexicali corn (corn with red and green peppers)
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 jar pimentos (small jar)
  • 1 cup shaker) Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise (such as Helmans)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
