Hot Wings 4 Recipe

  • 2 1/2 pounds 12-15) Whole chicken wings or (24-30) split pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 Texas Pete Hot Sauce (3 T. 1.5 ounce )
Cut whole wing at joints. Discard wing tips. Place the 24 to 30 pieces on absorbent paper to dry. To cook, choose one of the following methods: DEEP-FAT FRY - 375° 10-12 minutes or until crispy. OVEN BAKE - Spread wings in single layer on sheet pan. 450° for 35 minutes or until done. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine in a sauce pan, add 3 tablespoons of Texas Pete Hot Sauce - stir well. To coat, place cooked wings and blended sauce in large covered bowl. Shake gently.
