1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup cucumber, quartered and sliced
2 tablespoons avocado (optional)
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
On a plate or bowl, layer cottage cheese and sprinkle with vegetables. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
