Vegetable Stuffing Casserole Recipe
A little different twist to a vegetable side dish. If you are tired of the same old side dishes, the combination of corn and beans with the stuffing mix creates a unique dish that you can enjoy with any meal.

1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 box stuffing mix - divided
: 9 x 13 baking dish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a large bowl combine the corn, beans, soup, milk, soy sauce, onion salt and half of the stuffing mix. Stir to mix evenly.
Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish; spread out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining half of the stuffing mix on top and place in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
