Olive Spread 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound kalamata olives, pitted
  • 2 cans black olives, drained
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • extra virgin olive oil
Remove pits from kalamata olives. Drain liquid from canned black olives. Peel garlic cloves. In a food processor, combine olives and garlic with enough olive oi1 To blend the ingredients together. Blend until The mixture is processed into a finely diced paste. Serve as an appetizer with crusty bread, toasted with olive oil, or as an accompaniment to roasted meats. Spread also mates well with Feta cheese.
