Veg All Casserole 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • CASSEROLE
  • 2 size cans Veg-All, drained (regular)
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional) (small can)
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Topping
  • 1 package Town House or Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
CASSEROLE: Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING: Spread cheese on top of casserole. Crush crackers and add margarine. Put cracker mixture on top and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
