2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, do not peel
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat oven at 400° F. Quarter potatoes; do not peel.
Place in a 13 x 9 baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
Bake at 400° for l to 1 1/2 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Potatoes are done if nicely browned and tender when poked with a fork.
