Vegetable Pizza 20 Recipe

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package original ranch style dressing
  • 1 each cut or chopped fine, any combination or all: broccoli florets, carrots, green or red onions, cauliflower, green peppers, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms (2/3 cup each)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375°. Spread rolls on well greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Cover entire sheet, be sure to pinch seams together. Bake approximately 10 minutes until crispy. Set crust aside. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise and dressing. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Layer vegetables over mixture and pat down. Pat on grated cheese to adhere. Set in refrigerator at least 2 hours or more. Cut into squares with sharp knife. Be sure and dry vegetables well after washing and chopping.
