Southern Collard Greens Recipe

  • 2 bags collards greens, cut and cleaned (HEB)
  • 1 package boneless ham hocks
  • 4 teaspoons chicken bullion
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
Add water and chicken bullion to large Pot. Mix water and chicken bullion while on low heat. Immediately add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for at least two hours. Stir every 20 minutes to mix ingredients.
