Fingerling Potato Toss Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fingerling potatoes
  • 8 shallots, halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a greased casserole dish, combine first three ingredients; dot with butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
