Swiss Vegetable Medley 8 Recipe

  • 1 package California mix vegetables (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 jar pimiento, drained (optional) (4 ounce jar)
  • 1 can Durkee French Fried Onions (2.8 ounce can)
Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 C cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions. Pour into greased 1 qt casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
